About the Service

Our company provides warranty and post-warranty service for equipment of our production. The cost of service work depends on its scope and is determined after inspecting the equipment. The shipping costs in both directions are covered by the applicant, unless the warranty conditions state otherwise.

Our equipment is known for its longevity, often working for 10 years or more. However, failures can still occur, and after about 3 years, the batteries should be tested and/or replaced. We will check their current condition and propose further actions.

How to Proceed?

If you want to submit equipment for warranty or post-warranty inspection, we ask you to provide a few pieces of information necessary for handling the shipment and warranty entitlements. Below you will find the service protocol in .pdf, MS Word .docx, and LibreOffice .odt formats.

Download one of them, fill it out, and enclose it INSIDE the package. The courier label often prevents identification of the sender, and we won't know whom to return the equipment to. If you don't have a printer, fill out the protocol and send it to us by email on the day of shipment, and include a note in the package with your handwritten phone number (the same as on the protocol). Failure to complete the protocol may result in extended service time.
