Every time measurement system

has its own specifics, and each user has different requirements. That’s why our programs have a number of options that should be configured after the first installation. Many of them are set automatically, but not all of them.

It is often necessary to install a driver, e.g., for USB, or simply to get assistance and training on how to use the system.

Assistance and training

are provided via email and phone, but according to the principle: a picture is worth a thousand words. For convenience and time savings, we suggest using remote desktop connection to help with the configuration.
We provide all training and remote assistance free of charge to our customers.

Solution

For remote connections, we recommend the free program getscreen.me, or similar software preferred by the customer.

Instructions

The getscreen.me program allows for secure connections and remote assistance by enabling the viewing of the client’s screen and controlling their mouse under their supervision. Of course, after the session is finished, this is disabled.
Please visit the getscreen.me website (in English), go to the DOWNLOAD section, and choose Agent and below Download for Windows 64bit:
After launching the agent, we can change the language to Polish in the last tab. In the first tab Access, generate an access code and provide it to us via phone or email to allow the connection.
