1. The online store store.sectro.pl is run by the company Sectro Timing Systems, based in Jelenia Góra, at 234 Wolności Street. Detailed information in the contact section
2. The basic condition for completing the order is correct completion of the order's address form and automatic sending to us. Orders can also be placed by phone or email.
3. Orders may be placed by natural persons of legal age, companies and institutions.
4. We reserve the right to refuse orders that raise doubts, i.e. without providing a telephone number or email address at which it will be possible to confirm the order.
5. Orders can be placed around the clock.
6. Acceptance of the order will be confirmed by phone or e-mail, together with the final price and deadline.
7. After confirming the order, the transaction is considered as concluded under commercial law. Until full payment is received for the ordered goods, it is the property of the seller.
8. We reserve the right to withdraw some products from sale.
9. For larger orders, we reserve the right to process them in separate batches, with the shipping fee only being charged once.
10. Prices of goods in our store are expressed in Polish zlotys and do not include VAT - they are NET prices.
11. Prices displayed in foreign currencies are for reference only. Exchange rates are updated based on Table A of the National Bank of Poland every business day around 12.00. The final price is the value in Polish zlotys.
12. We issue VAT invoices for the purchased goods and provide a written quality guarantee. In the case of Sectro Timing Systems products, the warranty is granted for 12 months - excluding batteries for which a 6-month warranty is granted. For third-party products, the manufacturer decides on the length of the warranty.
13. We accept warranty claims only in justified cases. Complaints about the difference in the appearance of the goods ordered and received, which result from incorrectly set parameters of the customer's monitor, do not constitute grounds for returning the goods.
14. Complaints regarding mechanical damage caused during the parcel transport will be considered only on the basis of the complaint protocol written with the parcel provider.
15. Detailed conditions of complaint handling are included on the warranty card. In particular, the advertiser shall bear the shipping costs of the advertised item 16. Sectro Timing Systems undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 "On the protection of personal data". Pursuant to this Act, the customers of our store have the right to inspect their data, to amend it and make a request to cease using it for the purposes of the contract.
